How do I study with focus and concentration and avoid distractions and procrastination?

Don't study the same subject/topic for long duration, at one point your mind gets bored and tired so keep rotating between topics after 3–4 hours

I am a 2025 jee aspirant so i feel eligible enough to answer it.Heed to all the points and trust me, I don't speak bullshit

The above point is really mandatory as I also grew hepatitis -E in my liver because of inactivity for 1 year by just sitting. Also I don't go to school
